Return Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange (if available). Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and have all items included in your purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • If you exchanged an item, the new item will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure a prompt resolution. We may ask for photos of the item/issue in order to better assist you.
